The first inaugural meeting of the Asylum Capacity Support Group Dialogue Platform took place on 30 March 2023. It brought together participants representing States, inter-governmental, regional organizations, civil-society organizations and UNHCR.
The meeting provided an introduction to the dialogue platform and its four workstreams, allowing participants to gain a better understanding of its objectives. Additionally, the meeting enabled sharing of experiences related to the workstreams and enabled States and various stakeholders the opportunity to express their interest in participating in the workstreams.
